• Membership Subscriptions
  • The Statute on membership has been changed at the recent General Assembly in Brescia, and is as follows
  • II. Members. Article 5
  • The minimum number of members is seven. Corporate membership is permitted. Members are admitted by the General assembly on the recommendation of the Executive Council, in three categories :
  • • Members who pay the full membership dues
  • • Members who pay reduced or no membership dues as approved by the General assembly at the recommendation of the Executive Council.
  • • Honorary members who are individuals who have made major contributions to this society or to the advancement of veterinary virology. They pay no membership dues.

  • All members have the right to vote.
  •  
  • Subscriptions cover the entire 3 year period between congresses. The current rates of subscription for the 3 year period (2012-2014) up to and including the 9th Congress in Madrid, are as follows :
  • • Individual : 50 Euros
  • • Institute: For 5 members 200 Euros. Each additional institute member pays 40 Euros. For 10 members 340 Euros. Each additional Institute member pays 34 Euros. Please attach a list of names and nominate the contact person.

  • Subscriptions for 2012-2014 are now due. Please use the website (http://www.esvv.eu) to subscribe by using the on line form. Please fax (32 2 3791337) or email (thvan@var.fgov.be) the completed form to the Treasurer, Thierry van den Berg.

  • The preferred method of payment is bank transfer or credit card, but payment by banker’s draft and cheque is also possible. If you pay by cheque, send form and cheque to: Thierry van den Berg, 99 groeselenberg, 1180 Brussels, Belgium.

  • If paying by bankers draft from outside EU or by cheque, please add 10 € bank handling charge.
